TRANSACTIONS AND PAYMENTS

You commit to providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information for all transactions conducted on the Website. As required, sales tax will be applied to your purchases. We reserve the right to modify prices at any moment, and all transactions will be conducted in Euros.

You are responsible for covering all costs at the current rates for your purchases, including any relevant shipping fees. Upon order placement, you authorize us to bill the payment method you’ve selected. We also retain the authority to adjust pricing errors or inaccuracies, even post-payment.

Payment for products can be made through the following methods:

1. Payment upon delivery – Note that this option may incur additional fees, which vary by country. Please verify at the time of purchase.
2. Bank transfer to our account in Slovakia.
3. Online payments via credit card through MasterCard, Visa, Maestro.

We reserve the right to decline any orders and may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities bought per individual, per household, or per order. This includes orders by the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We may restrict or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, seem to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

SHIPPING, WARRANTY, AND RETURNS SHIPPING:

Ensure the delivery address and contact number you provide are accurate.

We are not liable for delivery failures or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, you are eligible for a refund minus the shipping costs. Should you request re-delivery to a new address, additional shipping fees apply.

Currently, we exclusively ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Croatia, Ireland, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia.

We cannot be held responsible for packages left at the door or in unsecured locations at your request. We advise arranging a secure delivery method. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the delivery service to file a complaint immediately.

In case of receiving a damaged parcel, refuse it and request a damage report from the courier. This assists in claiming the value of lost items and processing your refund.

We reserve the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in case the customer fails to accept the delivery. In such cases, future purchases can only be completed via card payment.

In case of any issues with the delivered products, claims can only be processed with an official report filed by the courier service at the time of delivery.

WARRANTY TERMS AND RETURN GUIDELINES

Upon receiving your order, we request that you promptly test each disposable item.

Certain items, such as an electronic cigarette, are classified as non-durable goods with a finite usage period. For warranty claims, please contact us via email immediately upon discovery of any defect, either at the point of delivery or within 48 hours of courier delivery. Given the single-use nature of disposable items, they cannot be serviced or reused, hence we offer a limited operational warranty of 48 hours post-receipt. Warranty claims must adhere to the outlined process. Should a defect arise, you have two options:

1. Return the defective item to us for inspection. Upon verification of the fault, we will replace the item at no additional cost, subject to availability.
2. Alternatively, provide a video demonstration of the defect. If validated, we will issue a voucher equal to the product’s value for use on a future purchase.

Please note, the estimated number of puffs per product is an approximation; actual usage can vary based on individual usage patterns. One puff is estimated to last between 0.3 to 0.45 seconds. We do not accept complaints based on product capacity or battery life, especially as battery efficiency decreases below 15 degrees Celsius. A flashing lower LED indicates a depleted battery, and such complaints are not acknowledged. Replacement of defective electronic cigarettes is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a voucher equivalent to the purchase price will be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent via post in the original packaging. The sender bears the risk of package loss. Claims will be processed within 15 working days following the claim submission and product return. These warranty rights apply solely to delivery issues, not damages caused by user error.

The warranty only covers product defects and does not extend to damage caused by or to other items. In the event of a defect, replacements will be issued promptly, subject to stock availability. If out of stock, a voucher for the purchase price will be offered for use in our store.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days, with return shipping costs covered by the customer. For hygiene reasons, only unopened vape products are eligible for return.
